Hey, we're 27 Exchange LLC. We just picked up the old Prze Steak Products building at 4264 S 27th Street, and we're getting ready to turn it into something the neighborhood can actually use.
We've done projects in this area before, so we know the South Side pretty well. The plan is to put in retail space up front, some offices, and storage in the back. Nothing fancy, just solid commercial space that local businesses can rent.
